All claims must be made within SEVEN (7) DAYS after YOUR receipt of YOUR
order. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION.
If shipment appears damaged outside, make note, open and inspect the
contents, and notify the driver of the damaged or missing goods and file
a claim with the carrier.
